CLL is looking for a:


Sales Account Executive (m/f/x) for its CLL Business department


CLL Business department (Brussels) provides customised language training in companies (private sector) and in public institutions in Brussels and surroundings.


With your colleagues of the CLL Business (Language courses for companies) you are the primary point of contact for the CLL’s Business customers – serving both existing customers and adding new customers. Your mission: understand client needs, provide tailored training solutions, deliver top-quality service, and grow long-term relationships.


Description

- Maintain and develop existing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

- Onboard new customers with professionalism and efficiency.

- Drive actions to increase customer satisfaction results.

- Gain good knowledge of our portfolio of services in order to propose the most relevant training solution for our clients.

- You are in charge of coordinating and managing the clients’ orders for additional training. You work in close cooperation with your colleague of the planning department to ensure training delivered as planned.

- With the pedagogical team of CLL, you make sure the language trainers receive a clear and complete briefing. You ensure they have all necessary information at hand before the start of the training.

- You are responsible for the entire coordination and administration follow-up of the customers’ orders and use our ERP system.

- You will handle new customers’ incoming inquiries for training services. You will qualify leads and requests.

- You will manage sales opportunities and provide offers/proposals in a professional and timely manner. Ensure proper follow-up (by phone and email). Match the customers’ needs into an optimal training offer that is proposed.

- You will conduct sales discoveries for new prospects.

- Achieve annual renewal and up-selling revenue targets.


Your profile

You bring the right mix of commercial drive, customer focus, and organizational skills. You’re energized by solving client challenges and making things happen.t.

- You have a bachelor’s or Master's degree in languages or sales

- You have at least 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client support .

- Experience in the language training industry is a plus.

- You are an enthusiastic person with a passion for customer satisfaction and problem solving .

- You have a commercial flair and are proactive.

- You are well organized and strong with administrative (good follow-up and precision).

- You are reliable, flexible and results-oriented.

- You are a Dutch or French native speaker with at least a C1 level of the second national language. Fluency in English is an asset.

- You enjoy team-work and can also work autonomously.
